Journalism at its finest

Tracey came into the court office crying this morning.  She was laughing in addition to the tears but it was hard to tell since she was crying so hard.  All of the court ladies looked at her and wondered what was wrong.  She sent us to the Bismarck tribune to read The final stamp: Folks in Manning say goodbye to their post office.  Read carefully my friends.
