They are speaking different language

I haven't the faintest idea what is happening in tax class.  Pretty much every last thing is new.  I also shouldn't call it tax class because it isn't necessarily about taxes.  It's all about how to value buildings, property and land.  There are a lot of approaches and theories and vocabulary and abbreviations.  I don't understand.  And my hotel smells like an ashtray.  My brain hurts.  I want to go home.
